Terms and Conditions

Description of Promotion:

• Poker Tournament Series: Gridiron Classic.
• Each tournament in this promotion is an individual event, following our everyday tournament process.
• Select Tournaments will award BetMGM Football Jerseys – marked below in the tournament schedule.
• If a player enters any Gridiron Classic tournament from February 3 to February 7, 2026, they will be awarded 2 things below:
• A tournament ticket for the tournament on February 8 – Invitational Pre-Game at 1:05 PM. The most a player can earn is one tournament ticket for the Invitational Pre-Game on February 8, regardless of the number of tournaments entered from February 3 to February 7.
• In Borgata NJ, $5 sports bet subject to a -200 or better odds and valid for 7 days. In Borgata PA, $5 casino bonus dollars subject to a 15x wagering requirement and valid for 7 days. The max a player can earn is one $5 sports bet or casino bonus dollars regardless of the number of tournaments entered from February 3 to February 7.

Eligibility:

• Players must be over 21 years of age and be playing within the state of New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
• Players with online Borgata poker accounts playing on downloadable poker client and/or mobile poker app.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (sponsor), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
• Any individual with a sponsor account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.
• All personal and contact data associated with the player’s account must be verifiable.

Action Required:

• Sponsor may modify the rules at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the Borgata website (Borgatapoker.com). Sponsor recommends players revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By a player’s continued participation in this promotion, the player accepts any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• This is a tournament series where players can buy in with real money, tournament dollars, and tournament tickets.
• All Bonus Dollars are subject to a 15x wagering requirement - valid for 7 days.
• Bonus Dollars
  • Bonus Dollars will be credited to players’ Accounts within 24 hours, available for immediate use.
  • Bonus Dollars is restricted until player completes the wagering requirement.
  • Bonus Dollars can only be used on games, based on the prize awarded.
  • The Bonus Dollars expires 7 days after issuance.
• Sports Bonus Bet Example
  • Sports Bonus Bet will be credited to players’ Accounts within 24 hours, available for immediate use.
  • A $5 Bonus Bet is awarded.
  • $5 Bonus Bet wagered to win at odds of -200.
  • If the bet wins, $5 stake at -200 odds = $7.50 ($5 stake + $2.50 winnings).
  • This means that only $2.50 will be credited to the balance.
  • Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed in conjunction with Tokens.

Registration Procedure:

• Online Borgata players in New Jersey or Pennsylvania with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in sponsor’s poker tournaments.
• Register for tournament(s) via cash buy-in or tournament dollars or tournament tickets.
• To Create a Borgata Online account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Wagering Requirements:

• Real money, tournament dollars, and tournament tickets are eligible to buy in to tournaments.
• Borgata Online Sportsbook account holders will receive a Bonus Bet to apply to a sports bet, on Sports with minimum odds of -200.
• GRIDIRON CLASSIC prizes are awarded within twenty-four (24) hours at the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
• The wagering requirement is 15x the Bonus Dollar amount. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars, the player must wager $15.
• The player has 7 days following the Bonus Dollar activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion unless the player pauses said bonus promotion by resuming play on another bonus promotion in the Bonus tab. Players can resume bonus promotions multiple times until they expire or are no longer eligible for such bonus promotion.
• GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING
  • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your Wagering Requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:
    • Slots, Jackpot Slots, Scratch Cards, Fixed Odds Games, Virtual Games: 100%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Scratch Games → I release it, as they count 100%.
    • Table, Roulette, Live Dealer (All Games), Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps: 20%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Roulette → Only $20 is counted, as Roulette counts 20%.
    • Blackjack (Non-Live Dealer Only): 10%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Blackjack → Only $12.50 is counted, as Blackjack counts 10%.
• New Jersey Only
  • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your Wagering Requirement do not vary based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:

      • For Example: If I play $125 on Scratch Games → I release it, as they count 100%.

Limitations on Participation:

• Account must be active and in good standing (i.e., must not be on any exclusionary lists).
• Sports Bonus Bet prizes will be credited to players Borgata Online account within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Promotion is subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
• Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one straight bet or one (1) Parlay or one (1) Same Game Parlay, and cannot be split between various bet placements.
• Bonus Bets are limited to one (1) per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bet will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bets are the sole responsibility of Participants. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participant.
• Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the Borgata Online Sportsbook website or mobile application, can only be used for Eligible Wagers, and must be used within seven (7) days of them being credited to Participant’s account or will be forfeited.
• Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any other BetMGM brands (including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, Party Casino/Poker).
• Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer.
• If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which Participant’s Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), Participant’s Bonus Bet will be returned to Participant’s account.
• Additional terms and restrictions may apply (including, without limitation, maximum pay out restrictions). See the Promoter’s Terms of Service for details.
• Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.
• The value of Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.
• If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.
• For example, if the participant opts into a promotional campaign and engages in gameplay in New Jersey, the participant is able to earn a Reward in New Jersey as a result of any successful gameplay that takes place while the participant is physically located in New Jersey. If the participant also opts into the same campaign in Michigan, and the participant engages in gameplay in Michigan, the participant is able to earn a separate Reward in Michigan for the successful gameplay that occurs while the participant is physically located in Michigan. Any progress made toward Rewards in New Jersey cannot be combined with or counted toward Rewards in Michigan, and vice versa. In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction.
• Bonus Dollars prizes will be credited to players Borgata Online account within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Promotion is subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the Borgata Online Rewards program.

In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Real money, tournament dollars, and tournament tickets are eligible to buy in to tournaments.
• After the player’s Account is credited with Bonus Dollars and the player starts a new game session, the Bonus Dollars will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.
• To use a Bonus Bet, simply add a bet(s) to your Bet Slip (Straight or Parlay), tap on “Apply Bonus Bet?” next to the stake area to display all your eligible Bonus Bets and activate the desired Bonus Bet. Select the “i” button to find out more details. If a wager using a Bonus Bet wins, the net winnings will be credited to the account. The stake amount, which was offered through the Bonus Bet, will not be credited.

• Blind structures follow sponsor’s standard format, with starting chip stack, blind levels, length of levels and number of levels for late registration identified for each event in client and on mobile app, in same format as sponsor’s standard tournaments.
• Payouts are based on total number of entries for each event, and prize pool collected that is less than advertised guarantee will be paid the guaranteed amount. Buy-ins totalling more than the guaranteed prize pool amount will be distributed as part of the prize pool.
• Sports Bonus Bet valid on all sports games, subject to -200 or better odds.
• Bonus Dollars valid on all casino games, excluding live dealer games.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Real-money, Tournament Tickets and Tournament Dollars may be used to buy into online tournaments.
• Tournament Tickets are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
• To cash out Bonus Dollars and associated winnings, players must first complete the Bonus Dollars Wagering Requirement.
• If you have an active bonus promotion, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus promotion. Restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement of this Promotion is met. You can check your available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.

• Any other restrictions in Sponsor’s Term of Service that are not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall also apply.
• Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from Participant’s account. Participant cannot “Cash-Out” its Bonus Bet(s).

Cancellation:

• Players can stop playing tournaments whenever they choose to do so. There will be no refunds if players choose to stop playing during a tournament.
• Bonus Bets are not required to be wagered on the account once awarded. Should a player choose not to use their available Bonus Bets, they will expire seven (7) days after being issued.
• To view Bonus Bet expiry information, details can be viewed in “My Account > Promotions > Sports.”
• Upon request for cancellation, Borgata Online will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• If the player received a bonus from this promotion and elects to proceed with cancellation, the player must opt out of the bonus received. Players can opt out of bonus at any time. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds (bonus + winnings derived from the bonus) will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. • Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
