Terms and Conditions

Description of Promotion:

This is a shared Leaderboard promotion on BetMGM Poker, Borgata Online Poker, and Party Poker where players will earn Leaderboard Points by playing and making the money in Omaha specific Online Championships tournaments.
Players can only earn prizes on one (1) poker account. For example, if a player wagers on both BetMGM and Borgata Online Poker accounts, only the account in which a higher placed position is held will be eligible for any prize.
Participate in BetMGM’s OMAHA Online Championships Leaderboard promotion for a chance to win your share of $3,000. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 OMAHA Online Championships Leaderboard point earners across the duration of the tournament series (September 21, 2025 – October 5, 2025).

Promotion Period:

This Promotion is available to qualifying participants from September 21, 2025, 12:01 AM EST 2025 through October 5, 2025, 11:59 PM EST unless terminated earlier by BetMGM, LLC and Borgata Online and Party Poker.

Eligibility:

Players with online BetMGM and Borgata Online and Party Poker accounts. Existing customers only.
To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state/province of New Jersey, Michigan, or Pennsylvania, not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
Any individual with a BetMGM or Borgata Online account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where BetMGM or Borgata Online operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified by BetMGM, LLC or Borgata Online or Party Poker at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of Sponsor’s website. Sponsor recommends players to revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By player’s continued participation in this Promotion, player accepts any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

Players must register and participate in qualifying OMAHA Online Championships tournament(s) in order to earn OMAHA Online Championships Leaderboard points. In order for players to get rewarded leaderboard points, players MUST make the money in Qualifying OMAHA Online Championships tournaments. For every Qualifying OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Tournament that a player makes the money, players will earn OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Leaderboard points. Sponsor will keep track of player’s points and rank each player on Sponsor’s OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Leaderboard.
Satellite tournaments will not earn leaderboard points.
Sponsor will use the following calculation to determine each player’s points for each Qualifying OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Tournament that player plays in.
- Leaderboard Points = 10 * [√n/√rank]
  - n = number of registered players + reentries. (re buys into the tournament do NOT count towards “n”).
  - rank = finishing position (players can only finish with one rank after the conclusion of a tournament, even if the same player re-entered).
  - Only players that make the money in a tournament will be awarded leaderboard points.
- Explanation of the formula: Scaling by the number of players (n) and their ranking. The square root is used to smooth the progression so that large numbers (either players or rank differences) don't have an exaggerated impact.
At the end of the Online Championships (i.e., at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time) during the Promotional Period, prizes will be awarded to the top 3 OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Leaderboard point earners.
Winners of this Promotion will be credited their winnings as withdrawable real money within twenty-four (24) hours after the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
In the event of a tie, between the winning positions from Rank 1 through 3, prizes will be awarded in full to all tied players.

OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Leaderboard Pay-Outs:

Registration Procedure:

Tournaments are listed in the tournament lobby.
Players must register and participate in OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS tournament(s) in order to earn OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Leaderboard points.
To create a BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

Players will earn Leaderboard points by participating in qualifying OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS Tournaments.
BRP are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.
For example, if the participant opts into a promotional campaign and engages in gameplay in New Jersey, the participant is able to earn a Reward in New Jersey as a result of any successful gameplay that takes place while the participant is physically located in New Jersey. If the participant also opts into the same campaign in Michigan, and the participant engages in gameplay in Michigan, the participant is able to earn a separate Reward in Michigan for the successful gameplay that occurs while the participant is physically located in Michigan. Any progress made toward Rewards in New Jersey cannot be combined with or counted toward Rewards in Michigan, and vice versa. In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction.

Wagering Requirements:

There are no wagering requirements for the poker bonus.
OMAHA ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS prizes are awarded within twenty-four (24) hours at the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

Players may use real money funds, tournament tickets, or tournament dollars to buy into OMAHA Online Championships tournaments.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

Real Money Prizes are credited to player’s BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party account and available for immediate use or withdrawal.

Cancellation:

If the player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion.

This Promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan Gaming Control Board’s continuing regulatory approval of the BetMGM and Borgata and Party site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the Promotion, this Promotion shall be null and void. Any bonus earned before approval is withdrawn will nonetheless be credited to the player’s BetMGM and Borgata and Party account.
Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of this Promotion. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to change or end any promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
By entering and/or claiming this Promotion, each participant agrees for participant and for participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in this Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the rewards(s) or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from this Promotion and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the reward(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by reward provider that are sent along with the reward(s); (c) to the posting of such participant’s name on Sponsor’s website, social media accounts, and/or mobile application and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, on the internet and social media), throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for this Promotion and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in this Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of BetMGM, which are binding and final. Released Parties shall not be liable to any participant or any other person for failure to supply the reward or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
