Description of Promotion:

• Enter the 75-ball room every Wednesday between 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:00 – 8:00 PM and purchase bingo tickets valued at $0.15 (bingo tickets bought with bonus funds will not count). If the bingo ticket loses, and the player has no winning tickets between the hours of 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, the player will be eligible for a refund paid in bonus funds the following day (Thursday). Refunds on losing bingo tickets will only be given on bingo tickets purchased between said hours to customers that did not win a full house or any lines. There will be a maximum of 12 refundable tickets per person.

Eligibility:

• Borgata Bingo accounts.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing within the state of New Jersey.
• All personal and contact data associated with the player’s account must be verifiable.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• Refunds will be processed to the Bonus Balance. Refunds will be paid in bonus funds the following day (Thursday).
• How and Where Can I Buy Bingo Cards?
  • You can buy cards for a game after the previous game has ended and before the next game’s start time by entering a game room and clicking the Buy Tickets button.
• Bingo Room Specific Conditions:
  • No Lose Bingo games play every Wednesday between 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
  • Purchase bingo tickets valued at $0.15.
  • After the full house, an extra prize is shared between losing players.
  • To be eligible for the extra prize, a player must have no winning tickets between the hours of 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Wednesday.
  • Cards cost $0.15 each.
  • There will be a maximum of 12 refundable tickets per person.
  • All prizes will automatically pay out in bonus the following day for immediate use and valid for one (1) day.

Limitations on Participation:

• Players must enter the 75-ball room every Wednesday between 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:00 – 8:00 PM to join the No Lose Bingo game.
• No Lose Bingo will only be accessible during the specified day and time.

Wagering Requirement:

• Bingo cards will be awarded with no wagering requirements. Winnings from your bingo card will pay out in cash.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• Bingo cards are restricted from withdrawal, only the prizes awarded as winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

Cancellation:

• If a game is cancelled by us, the operators, all bingo cards that have been purchased for that game are cancelled. This includes any Advance Buy cards. You will be fully refunded for those cards and your account balance will be updated. Promotional cards are also cancelled. If you redeemed free cards to buy cards in a game that is cancelled, those free cards will also be returned to your account and will show on your free card balance in the game room as well as the website.
• Borgata Bingo reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
