This means that you have already successfully registered with BorgataCasino.com or BorgataPoker.com. If you misplaced or forgot your login data, simply send our Customer Service Team a message with your first and last name, your residential address, your date of birth, and the e-mail address you provided when registering with BorgataCaisno.com or BorgataPoker.com.
Please state your reason for writing to us in your e-mail so that our Customer Service Team can get back to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that you will no longer be able to modify your basic data, such as your first name and last name, or date of birth. You will, however, still be able to change other data, even after registration. In special cases, BorgataCasino.com and BorgataPoker.com will verify and accept a change to your basic data, provided you submit the required proof.
Once you have opened a Borgata Online account, you can access it by entering your user ID and password in the login area (in the upper right corner on our website) and clicking the “Log in” button or hitting the Return (or Enter) key.
To request a new password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link on the Login In screen and follow the instructions. You will be sent a new password via e-mail shortly thereafter. To request a new password, you will need to answer the security question/answer combinations that you specified during registration. Please note: your new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified during registration. For this reason, always make sure you use an active e-mail address when establishing your BorgataCasino.com or BorgataPoker.com account!
If you executed a service closure on a specific product (casino and/or poker) you will not be able to open it again before the specified blockage period expires. Once this period has expired (1 week/1 month/3 months/6 months/specified date), the account will automatically be re-opened. If the account is blocked or closed for an unlimited period of time, it will be blocked for a minimum of six months and will not be re-opened automatically. To change your email address, log in to your account and go to the "Settings" section and choose the "Personal Details" option. If you forgot your account details, click "Log In" on our home page and follow the instructions to recover your password or your User ID. In case you don't have access to your registered email address, contact our Customer Service Team.
